Below are my available payment options. Sales Tax Collected: Sales tax is only collected for orders shipping within the state of Illinois. The rate is 7.0% which is the base rate for the county of McHenry where JRS Toyworld is located. Orders by Illinois residents that ship to other states will not have taxes collected.
Policy for Credit Card Orders: At this time, only Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. No American Express. If you need to pay with American Express, please use the Paypal option and use your Amex card when sending payment. Orders paid via Credit Card may have up to a 2 day processing period before the merchandise ships. If you have to cancel an order after we have charged your credit card, you may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover the merchant bank expenses for charging and then refunding your credit card. Billing Address Verification: When using a credit card, billing information MUST match what is on file with your credit card provider. During checkout, your are prompted to make sure your billing address informtion is correct if it is different then your shipping address. If it does not match, then the transaction will be declined and a pending charge may show up on your account holding the funds that were to be used for the declined order. After 2-4 days, these funds will be released back to your account. This time frame is set by your credit card issuing bank and I cannot do anything to speed up the release of the funds back to your account. To make a long story short, make sure your billing address is correct when placing your order.
Policy for Paypal Payments: Orders paid via Paypal will ship within 2 business days. Items paid for with a Paypal eCheck will ship once the eCheck clears, usually 3-4 days. This is valid for all customers. The Paypal user agreement states that all items purchased with Paypal must ship within 7 days upon payment and Preorders may be many months in advance. If you with to pay for your preorder with paypal, please use the paypal preorder option. This will reserve the item for you, and I will contact once payment should be sent. The email will contain specific instruction on your options at that time. If you wish to go ahead and send payment for preorders using paypal at the time of checkout, DO NOT include in stock items with your order. This will hold your entire order until the preordered item arrives. This can be up to 4 months or more, so it is not recommended. I can only hold orders for 60 days, so if the preordered item is scheduled past 2 months of your order date, please pay for the instock and preorder items in separete orders or a separate shipping charge will be required. Payment Information for Checks & Money Orders: Money orders & personal checks are accepted. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITHOUT COMPLETING CHECKOUT. You must complete checkout for your order to be added to the system. Any payment received without the customer completing checkout will have the payment returned to them. Our shipping address will be displayed again after checkout. You must write your order number on your check or money order. Failure to do so may delay the shipment of your order. You can acquire the order number the following ways: your order number is displayed upon successful checkout, in the order confirmation email you will receive and by viewing your account history.
Items will be held 10 days. If payment does not arrive within 10 calendar days, your items will be put back into inventory for others to purchase. Checks MUST CLEAR before shipment - orders paid with a money order will ship the next business day.
Sales and Price Reductions: If an item's price is lowered within 7 days of your original purchase, as long as I'm contacted with in 7 days, I will give you in-store credit for the difference in price. Anything after 7 days is not qualified for retroactive pricing. Special sales are exempt from this price match guarantee.
