United States Shipping Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail & UPS Ground. Ground service is available for Alaska & Hawaii. APO/AE shipments are only shipped via USPS Priority mail. All USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 day delivery) shipments include delivery confirmation and shipping notification. USPS Priority mail is a non guaranteed service and may take longer then the estimate. Customers orders that ship via UPS will be emailed the tracking number for said package. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours after order is placed. APO/AE shipments require customs forms to be filled out and only ship once a week.

The shipping charges are determined by the weight of the entire order. International Shipping At this time, International shipping has been discontinued until future notice. Orders are only accepted from US residents. My Guarantee I guarantee your item(s) will arrive in the same undamaged condition they left in. All items shipped are in the highest available quality. Minor shelf wear may be evident. Anything that is sold in non mint condition will be noted in the item description. Returns If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 10 days after the items has shipped. If the item is unopened then you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers restocking, refunding and general fees associated with credit card or Paypal payment refunds. Return shipping is at the customers expense. If the item is opened in unused condition there will be a 50% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS! Refunds will be given in either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment at JRS Toyworld's disgression. Due to the nature of multiple packaging variations, stock photo may or not match the packaging of the product you receive. Defective Items If an item arrives defective from the manufacture, use the Contact Us link on the top of every page to notify us of the problem. Depending on the nature of the defect, the item will be either eligible for a partial refund, full refund or exchange. Damage due to excessive playwear is not returnable under any circumstance. This includes paint chips on diecast items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging. Any partial refunds will be in the form of store credit only.
